I met Kyle Ross in the fall of 2007 and decided after reading his credentials in the gym to contact him. Little did I know my eating habits were terrible and that the nutrition piece was just as important to Kyle’s program as the exercise. I am delighted to report after a year and a half, my cholesterol is down from 248 to 205. I have doubled my calories burned per cardio session and have become much firmer and stronger.
