Sometimes my &quot;after-the-fact&quot; favorites are the ones that I roll my eyes at or laugh at the ludicrousy when you explain what I&#039;m supposed to do for the first time.  Those are the ones that really challenge me and I may not like doing it but I like the results. 

Pull-ups, lat pulldowns, tricep 21s, and oblique core stuff are all good -they hit a real focused area that I can feel right away!   Thanks!</description>
