I had worked out in the past but had gotten into a slump for the better part of 18 months so I was a little nervous because I knew other people who worked out at Ross Fitness who were in amazing shape. Kyle was able to tailor my workouts to my level and increase or decrease the level of difficulty as needed. Almost 6 months later I’ve lost over 10 pounds, my clothes fit much better and I feel stronger than I’ve ever felt. Kyle consistently mixes up the work out so you don’t get bored doing the same thing over and over again. The classes are fun as well as challenging. I look forward to my workouts now.”
